You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your family. Parents and guardians can also make requests about information submitted for their child.

What you can ask for

• Access. A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction. Fixing information that is wrong or out of date.
• Deletion. Deleting your account and the information connected to it.
• Unsubscribe. Stopping marketing emails. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email.

What happens next

We will confirm that we received your request and may ask a few questions to verify your identity before sharing or deleting information. We aim to respond within 30 days. In some cases we may need to keep certain information when the law requires it or for security reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
